Placing your first order
HockeyGear4U.com accepts orders online, by phone at (714) 533-9050 and by fax at (714) 533-9120.  To browse or search for the items you would like to order, a search box is located at the top of each page of HockeyGear4U.com.  To browse our product selection just click one of our categories at the left side of our site to find a more detailed listing of merchandise.  When you find an item that interests you click  “see details” to go to the detail page.  Here you will find relevant information such as the items features, colors and sizes available.

Adding items to your shopping cart
When you are ready to purchase an item, select the color and size, where applicable and then press the “Buy” button.  This step will bring you to the shopping cart.  If you wish to continue shopping, click on any of the categories located on the left of each page.  You can go to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Your Bag” icon near the top of every page of our web site.

Proceed to checkout
Review the items in your shopping cart.  You can update the quantity of an item at this point or clear “Your Bag” completely.  When you are ready to place your order, press “Checkout”.  You will be directed to the first page of the order form.

Signing in
Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and then click the “Continue” button.

Shipping information
Enter your shipping address.  HockeyGear4U.com does not currently ship to P. O. Boxes, APO’s, FPO’s or outside of North America.  Decide when you would like to receive your order, and then choose a shipping method.  Shipping times may vary and do not include processing time.

Provide a password and form of payment
HockeyGear4U.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover.  Create a password for your account so that with future orders you will have your shipping address and form of payment you provided with your previous order.

Review and submit your order
When you are ready, click on the “Place Your Order” button to submit your order.  Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  We will send you another e-mail to let you know when your order has been shipped.

 Invoices
To view and print an invoice for any order you have placed with HockeyGear4U.com, simply follow these instructions:

 
   Click the Order History link in the “Your Account” section of our store.

   Sign in using the e-mail address and password associated with your                                       HockeyGear4U.com account.

   Click the Order Number link of the invoice you want to print to see the order details.

   Click your browser’s Print button to print your invoice.

Out of stock items
Even though we do our best to keep our web site current, occasionally an item may become out of stock.  Some items will be in stock soon while others may be closeouts and once gone will not become available again.

Return and exchange policy
Your original receipt and a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by calling us at (714) 533-9050, must accompany all returns and exchanges.  To print out a Return/Exchange Authorization Form, please click here.  All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of your invoice date.  Please allow 30 days for your refund on a return.  Only new, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached are allowed for return or exchange.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Sharpened skates are not exchangeable or returnable.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales of jocks, athletic supporters and pelvic protectors are FINAL.

Clearance and closeout Items
These items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Cancellation policy
To cancel an order, call us at (714) 533-9050 or e-mail us at staff@hockeygear4U.com.  We will make every attempt to accommodate your cancellation request.  Due to the fact that we start processing orders quickly we may not be able to cancel your order.

Warranties and guaranties
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.  The warranty covers defective materials or defective workmanship.  Abuse, wear and tear, improper care and improper use are not covered by warranty.  We must evaluate items before a decision can be made.  A manufacturer may choose to repair or replace the item.  If an item is sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, it may take four to six weeks for you to receive your repaired or replacement item.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

HockeyGear4U.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.  You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.  Every transaction you make at HockeyGear4U.com is 100% secure.

Sales tax
Items sold by HockeyGear4U.com and shipped within California will incur sales tax.  California law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of your order, excluding shipping.
